    With the acquisition of Primetric, we are expanding our footprint internationally and will be launching a Development Center of Excellence 🌍 in Wroclaw, Poland.


    🚀 BigTime Software is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join out team. The role is dedicated to the Large accounts market (companies between 300- 1000 employees). Your main tasks are handling inbound and outband leads, setting demo appointments with AEs.

    🚀 Your mission

    1. Develop and execute outreach strategy in the US.
    2. Oversee and execute LinkedIn cold email and LinkedInn marketing campaigns.
    3. Increasing conversions in the funnel to maximize the number of quality demos.
    4. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.


    🏆 That’s what you need to be successful in this role

    1. Number of QMQL’s will be key performance metric.


    🧠 Our expectations

    1. C1/C2 level English proficiency - daily communication with a US-based team should not be an obstacle for you.
    2. Available to work atypical hours -  10:00 - 18:00/12:00 - 20:00/14:00 - 22:00.
    3. 3+ years of experience in similar roles (SDR/BDR/AE).
    4. 2+ years of experience in the B2B industry - focus on mid-sized/large account market is appreciated.
    5. Excellent communication.


    🎯 Nice to Have:

    1. Strong desire to learn hands-on sales techniques such as targeting, lead gen, outbound prospecting, and overall sales process.
    2. Ability to multitask.
    3. Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures.
    4. Experience in SaaS industry.
    5. Experience working with American Customers/American Customer database.
