About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and work on exciting international projects.

If you enjoy:

• working directly with clients,

• designing modern and intuitive interfaces,

• taking part in the early concept phase,

• and having real influence on product design

this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with developers and clients and help us grow our internal design team.

Your Responsibilities

• Design modern web and mobile applications

• Identify user needs and conduct design workshops with clients

• Work with clients during the discovery and conceptual phases

• Create clickable mockups and interactive prototypes

• Support developers during implementation

• Participate in building our internal design team

What We Expect

• Min. 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer

• Experience working with design systems and components libraries

• Solid visual design skills to create clean and consistent interfaces

• Experience working with design systems and components libraries

• Very good knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout & Constraints, Design Systems & Libraries, Prototyping, Plugins)

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience in building clickable mockups / prototypes

• Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture

• Fluent English (C1 level)

Nice to Have

• Working with illustrations and graphics

• Experience with international clients

• Experience in a Software House environment

• Knowledge of Figma

Recruitment Process

1️⃣ First stage – HR interview (remote): You’ll meet Weronika, our HR Specialist, who will tell you more about the role and get to know you better.

2️⃣ Second stage – onsite meeting in Gdynia: We’ll invite you to our office in Gdynia to meet your potential manager, see the workplace, and complete a short recruitment task related to the role.

3️⃣ Final stage – cooperation discussion (remote): An online meeting focused on the details of our potential collaboration and next steps.
