Opis stanowiska

🌏 We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of our digital marketing strategy across key channels. This role suits someone with a broad digital marketing background, who can own and coordinate Paid Advertising and SEO initiatives, while flexibly supporting website, CRM and other marketing activities.


You will act as a key link between business needs, digital strategy, internal teams and external partners. While Paid Ads and SEO are important focus areas, this role is primarily about coordination, communication and alignment, rather than day-to-day technical execution.


📍Key responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Coordination

  • Support the execution of the digital marketing strategy and translate business needs into digital initiatives.

  • Coordinate campaigns, priorities and stakeholders across teams.


Paid Advertising (Ownership & Coordination)

  • Own Paid Ads budgets and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Define campaign ideas, priorities and execution approaches to deliver KPIs within the available budget, in close collaboration with the business and supported by internal experts.

  • Lead and coordinate Paid Ads activities across various channels with internal experts and external agencies.

  • Translate market needs into digital strategy, brief partners and coordinate asset creation.

  • Frequently create or adapt ad copy independently.

  • Oversee performance and tracking (UTMs, integrations) and support optimisation decisions.


SEO (Strategic Oversight)

  • Coordinate the execution of the SEO strategy together with SEO experts.

  • Maintain a high-level view of the website from an SEO perspective and ensure alignment with business priorities.

  • Coordinate SEO initiatives across content and technical teams.


Website, CRM & Reporting

  • Work with HubSpot to support campaign execution, tracking and reporting.

  • Support website- and CRM-related marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare clear reports and organise data using HubSpot, GA4 and spreadsheets.


Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure clear communication, alignment and smooth cooperation.


📄 Requirements:

  • Broad experience in digital marketing with basic knowledge of Paid Ads and SEO.

  • Experience working with HubSpot and CRM fundamentals.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Strong collaboration mindset and flexibility.

  • Fluent English (C1+).

  • Very good command of Google Sheets / Excel.

  • Familiarity with GA4 and campaign tracking.

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

  • A proactive, self-sufficient mindset – fast learner, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.

  • Interest in AI-powered tools for ad copywriting, automated bid optimisation, or SEO content creation.
