Profitroom – Empowering hotels directly
We are currently looking for a Junior Digital Client Analytics Specialist to join our Digital team and support our growing client base. In this role, you will be working under the guidance of the Team Leader for Client Analytics, assisting in solving client issues, configuring tools, preparing reports, and ensuring data tracking accuracy across digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with team members to execute tasks that enable hotels to make data-informed decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

Daily activities:
Support clients by responding to requests related to data analytics, tracking, and measurement.
Implement tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Assist in the configuration of Consent Mode and cookie management to ensure compliance and data quality.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues with tracking accuracy, conversion data, and reporting discrepancies in collaboration with technical teams.
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc performance reports covering website traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio to deliver clear and actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality analytical support.
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal processes for task intake, implementation, and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role focused on hands-on data and technical task execution.
Previous experience working with clients or in a support role is a strong plus.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with reporting tools like Looker Studio.
Understanding of data privacy practices (e.g., Consent Mode, GDPR).
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with technical topics and explaining them clearly.
Team player with a client-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in Polish at C1 and English at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written).
Nice to have:
familiarity with HTML/JavaScript in the context of tag implementation.
