We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of the HR Business Partner - International Markets!
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales executive teams, helping them understand and achieve strategic organizational goals by aligning HR initiatives with the department’s specific needs.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talents in the sales field. Actively participate in recruitment planning in advance and the recruitment process.
People & competencies development: Support managers in setting & executing development goals& plans, career paths and backup plans in respective teams.
Change Management: Assist the departments in managing both technological and organizational changes, providing the necessary tools and support for effective change management.
Culture Building: Help shape and promote an organizational culture that fosters innovation and collaboration. Monitor employee engagement levels and implement initiatives to enhance engagement within the regions.
Performance Management: Advise on performance management practices, supporting managers in setting goals, evaluating performance, and planning career development for their teams.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR activities comply with local labor laws and internal company policies, and identify and manage HR-related risks.
Our Requirements:
Experience: At least 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with experience supporting international sales teams.
Legal Expertise: Understanding of the fundamentals of the international labor law.
Talent Management: Proven experience in talent management, including creating and implementing development, succession planning, and career path programs.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data and create reports and recommendations based on this analysis. An asset would be expertise in salary ranges building process.
Change Management: Demonstrated ability to support organizations and teams through transformational change.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR actions with long-term organizational objectives.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and initiating new projects.
Technical Proficiency: HRIS systems, talent management tools, and analytical software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment. German would be an asset.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
