We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Sales Manager Enterprise
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and monitoring performance to drive results
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new enterprise clients and expand relationships with existing ones, focusing on Microsoft solutions.
- Manging the acquisition process for new enterprise clients, driving business development and customer acquisition efforts
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
Our Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct sales, specifically in Microsoft licensing and services
- Strong background in working with enterprise clients
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a sales team, with a focus on achieving sales goals
- Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
