3D Designer

We’re hiring a 3D Designer.

As a 3D Designer, you’ll build visual worlds that carry mood, meaning, and that extra bit of magic that makes people pause. Sometimes you’ll get a clear brief. Sometimes you’ll get a vibe, a reference, and a “we trust you.” Either way, you’ll turn it into high-end 3D that looks intentional, not accidental.

This role is about creating 3D that elevates the brand system, from hero visuals and product scenes to abstract worlds, animations, and campaign assets. You’ll work closely with brand and visual designers to make sure the 3D isn’t a standalone flex, but part of a cohesive visual language.

From concept to final frames, you’ll craft visuals with depth, texture, and presence. The kind that feels premium, modern, and unmistakably “us.” If you’ve got taste, technical skill, and the instinct to make pixels feel tangible, we want to see your work.

✌️ What is important to us:

• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Confidence in presenting your work like a short story, not a folder of renders.

• Strong portfolio of 3D work for brands, startups, or scaleups (product visuals, brand worlds, campaign assets, key visuals).

• Instinct for light, materials, and composition - not just polygons.

• Ability to take a rough idea and sculpt it into a clean, cinematic visual.

• Instinct for when to go detailed - and when simplicity hits harder.

• Understanding of solid design workflows and how to adapt them to the pace and needs of a team, a product, and a client.

• Completely at home in Cinema 4D, with Redshift & Octane. (Bonus points if you're tidy with scenes and naming, because… we notice.)

• Efficient, organized, and reliable under tight deadlines.

• A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with brand and motion designers.
