Web Designer

We're on the hunt for a talented Web Designer to work with us. If you're the kind of designer whose websites make people click, scroll, and actually enjoy the experience (and you have some experience in Web3/crypto) - this one's for you. We work with ambitious startups and scaleups across blockchain and fintech, and we need someone who can translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive web interfaces.

What is important to us:

• Fluency in Polish and English

• Portfolio of commercial web projects for Startups and/or Scaleups

• Expert-level Figma skills

• Framer or Webflow experience is also a nice-to-have

• Drive for Awwwards-level quality and can't wait to see your projects recognized

• Understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and mobile-first approach

• Knowledge of web typography, spacing, and layout best practices

• Experience with web animations, transitions, and interactive elements

• Familiarity with CMS setup and component-based design systems

• Confidence presenting designs and working directly with clients

• Efficient, detail-oriented, and able to deliver pixel-perfect work under deadlines

• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, design-driven environment
