Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify decision-makers among real estate funds, developers, and major construction projects, ensuring we consistently update target lists with new and emerging market players.
- Manage multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with account-based and AI-powered targeting, refining messaging for each region and audience segment.
- Conduct ongoing market research to spot trends, potential clients in expansion mode, and identify strategic partnerships for future collaboration.
- Maintain active engagement with inbound leads, guiding them through qualification processes and ensuring a smooth handover to senior recruiters for deeper discussions.
- Event Engagement:
- Invite prospects to BE Mixers (100+ attendees), coordinate pre/post-event follow-ups for MIPIM, EXPO REAL, and other conferences, leveraging event insights to tailor outreach messages.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop event-specific materials, such as presentations or discussion panels, increasing brand exposure and drawing in new leads.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with senior advisors, marketing, and management on sales strategies, pitching, and lead handover, ensuring all teams have up-to-date information on client needs.
- Provide regular feedback on outreach results, competitor activity, and market reception, helping refine overall business development approaches.
- Performance:
- Deliver on the core SDR metrics (e.g., # of qualified leads, intro calls, engagement rates, and conversions) on a weekly or monthly basis, ensuring full visibility into pipeline progress.
- Analyze performance data to pinpoint successful outreach strategies, refine messaging, and identify ideal outreach channels for different markets or verticals.
- Regularly share insights with marketing, senior advisors, and leadership to maintain strategic alignment and foster a collaborative approach to lead generation.
Continuously explore emerging technologies and automation features that enhance data analysis and operational efficiency, positioning PropertyTalents at the forefront of innovation.
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, business development, or B2B sales.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are highly valued, especially German).
- Tech-savvy mindset: comfortable using CRMs, AI-based tools, and outreach automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with a high-volume outreach environment.
