- Evaluate inbound leads generated by the Marketing Team to identify qualified opportunities
- Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of our solutions
- Successfully schedule high-quality meetings with key decision-makers for the Sales Team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads to the Sales Team
- Identify and engage potential Enterprise clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo, and other prospecting platforms to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inbound SDR in a SAAS company
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English (is a must-have)
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales technologies
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- PR knowledge
