Overview

• Support the process of managing data and projects regarding usage rights in all aspects carried out by the Usage Rights Management Team.
• Demonstrate an understanding of creative campaigns and usage rights and good client relationship and communication skills.
• Ensure that the Usage Rights platforms/tools are up to date and adequately completed, entering all data related to Usage Rights received from agencies and transcreation partners.
• For the new campaigns, collect data from Business Affairs, including agencies, transcreation agencies, and the sound department.
• Check the status of Usage Rights and manage/track talent and music rights across various global client brands.
• Cooperate with the manager in generating alert reports and preparing on-demand reports for clients.
• Support the manager in escalated issues related to Usage Rights compliance.
• Liaise with the Finance Department to support financial processes like billing and payments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in Creative Production, Agency environments, or Sourcing, with experience in the Intellectual Property and Image Rights area is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills,
• Meticulous and accurate, able to work efficiently with Excel spreadsheets,
• Demonstrates effectiveness and consistency in high-pressure situations and is open to continuous improvement,
• Enthusiastic and personable team player, eager to learn and collaborate with colleagues globally across all levels.
