Role Overview:
We’re looking for an HR Specialist who will play a key role in shaping our people processes, with a strong focus on recruitment. Your mission will be to own and continuously improve the hiring journey - from identifying talent to successfully bringing new team members on board.
Beyond recruitment, you will become a trusted HR partner for our employees, supporting them throughout their lifecycle in the company and ensuring a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from crafting job descriptions and selecting the best applications to conducting interviews and managing the offer process.
Represent the company externally, ensuring a professional, transparent, and respectful candidate experience, including timely and constructive feedback.
Partner with team leaders to coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed from day one.
Maintain accurate employee records and collaborate with an external accounting office on contracts and benefits administration.
Ensure internal HR procedures are kept up-to-date and compliant.
Act as the primary go-to person for our team members regarding benefits, HR procedures, and daily inquiries
Support internal initiatives, company events, and employer branding activities that strengthen our workplace culture.
Identify and implement ways to make our recruitment and HR procedures faster, more efficient, and more employee-friendly.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
Basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law and payroll principles.
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
High accuracy and reliability in handling employee data and documentation.
Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
Strong motivation to develop in operational HR (Polish Labour Law, payroll).
Desirable:
Experience in using HR tools (HiBob, HRappka, Calamari).
