About the job

We are looking for an experienced Controlling Expert to join our internal team in the support area. You will be working in a small team, including BI Analysts located in Poland. Are you ready for next step in your career? Apply!

The core facts

• Support in the creation and automation of processes related to budgeting and forecasting of results, improvement of controlling tools used in the team; 
• Analyzing data sources, working with the accounting team on cost, revenue and result forecasts and monitoring the compliance of KPIs with the established plans; 
• Preparation of cyclical reports and profitability analysis for managers of individual areas/products;
• Participation in the implementation of tools to support controlling processes in the company; 
• Cooperation with the head office of the group in terms of reporting results and cost accounting;
• Participation in year-end closing processes; 
• Clarification of settlements, preparation of reports and reporting for management needs.

Your core competences

• English language at a level that allows free communication (B2/C1);
• At least three years of experience in an identical position; 
• Advanced MS Office skills (with particular emphasis on Excel);
• Experience in softwarehouse / IT companies will be an added advantage;
• Analytical skills, willingness to work closely with the team, openness to change;
• University education (finance and accounting or related preferred);
• Operativeness in action, self-reliance and ability to organize work time.

The application Proccess
