Business Development Manager
At RED Global, we connect the best SAP & IT professionals with leading companies across the world. Now, we’re growing our Sales Team in Poland - looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who’s passionate about tech recruitment and building lasting partnerships.

What you’ll do:
Drive business growth by acquiring new clients across Poland and the CEE region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in IT.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions for outsourcing and contracting projects.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate closely with our Delivery Team to ensure successful project execution.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in IT / SAP Outsourcing sales or Tech Services (min. 3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of the Polish and European IT market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills - in Polish and English.
Commercial mindset and ability to manage complex projects.
A proactive, ambitious team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
