Warsaw based opportunity for a Delivery Consultant role

(hybrid, 3 days in the office)

At RED Global, we connect the best SAP & IT professionals with leading companies across the world. We’re now growing our Delivery Team in Poland – looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant / Senior Resourcer who’s passionate about tech recruitment and building lasting partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality SAP & IT candidates to our clients across CEE region

• Partner closely with Sales Consultants to understand client needs and project timelines

• Source, qualify and manage relationships with top tech professionals (SAP, Data & AI, Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure and Cyber Security)

• Build and maintain a strong candidate network in outsourcing / contracting space

• Provide market insights and help identify new business opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in a recruitment agency (min. 1 - 2 years), ideally in IT contracting or technology recruitment

• Familiarity with SAP / Business Applications domain will be a strong plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you know how to engage candidates and keep them motivated

• Proactive mindset and commercial awareness – you understand what drives both candidates and clients

• A team player who’s ambitious, organised and appreciates great atmosphere at work
