Role overview

We are looking for a Creative Content Strategist who understands both the language of finance and complex technical systems, and who brings a creative approach. You should be a strategist with strong content creation skills. You know how to turn technical documentation into engaging stories, creating case studies and thought leadership pieces that are enjoyable to read.

This role is for a motivated, hands-on creator with a strong drive for excellence. You will shape and own the RedStone brand voice, defining our content strategy and writing key pieces that move our story forward. We want someone who takes full ownership of content and campaigns, always working to strengthen our market presence.

The creative mandate

You will go beyond standard templates to create unique, high-impact content and campaigns that engage both TradFi and DeFi audiences. Your main goal is to turn complex technical ideas into fresh, attention-grabbing stories.

You will ensure quality across all brand content and set the standard for excellence. You’ll give clear creative direction to the team and personally write our most important content, from top case studies to campaign copy. You’ll also help shape our visual and verbal identity so our marketing reflects our advanced technology.

Core responsibilities

  • Own the RedStone brand voice, ensuring consistency and quality across all external communications

  • Translate technical documentation into compelling storytelling - personally writing case studies, thought leadership articles, and campaign narratives that readers actually enjoy

  • Use a journalist’s instinct for every piece of content: find the angle, tell the story, and make it worth reading

  • Develop end-to-end campaign blueprints, including audience segmentation, cross-channel journeys, and partnership activations

  • Continuously analyze the industry and competitive landscape, proactively identifying content and campaign opportunities based on market gaps and competitor movements

  • Ensure all creative concepts are grounded in a strong understanding of financial mechanics and the broader fintech ecosys.

  • Base your creative work on data by setting KPIs and taking responsibility for the measurable success of content projects

  • Guide the move to channel-based communication by creating clear, structured creative briefs that help the team stay aligned

  • Adjust creative strategies to fit regional differences and market needs for audiences around the world

Requirements & experience

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Content Strategist, Content Creator, or Campaign Manager in fast-paced fintech or technical environments

  • Proven, hands-on ability to write exceptional copy, turning technical descriptions into compelling, accessible storytelling

  • Solid understanding of traditional financial systems and technical infrastructure; deep crypto experience is not required, but the ability to quickly master DeFi mechanics is essential

  • Proven track record of unconventional and successful content campaigns that broke through market noise in finance or tech

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies, from concept to performance analysis

  • Experience working with and inspiring international teams in a distributed environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills for high-level communication and content creation

  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative and ownership

  • A background in journalism or long-form editorial writing is a strong plus. We value people who know how to find the story and make it worth reading

  • A strong portfolio of written work or a recommendation letter from previous roles is a plus

Scope of work

  • Own the brand narrative and content strategy

  • Focus on creative campaign planning, high-impact copywriting, and strategic direction

  • Personally write the most critical content pieces while providing clear, structured creative briefs for the wider team

  • Ensure adherence to communication protocols and content workflows to improve efficiency

  • Work closely with the CMO and the wider marketing team to align the content calendar with technical milestones and the company narrative
