The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency by handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication both internally and externally, and providing support to various departments as needed.
The position requires working on-site.
What you will do:
- Manage office space and supplies.
- Assist with organizing meetings, business trips, and integration events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support the Finance and HR departments with administrative tasks.
- Administer the HR system and maintain employee records.
- Organize and maintain document archiving systems to ensure proper storage, retrieval, and confidentiality of records.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Polish and English at a B2/C1 level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Proactive approach and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus.
