Opis stanowiska

The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency by handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication both internally and externally, and providing support to various departments as needed.

The position requires working on-site.


What you will do:

  • Manage office space and supplies.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, business trips, and integration events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support the Finance and HR departments with administrative tasks.
  • Administer the HR system and maintain employee records.
  • Organize and maintain document archiving systems to ensure proper storage, retrieval, and confidentiality of records.


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English at a B2/C1 level.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Proactive approach and accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus.
