Your Role

As our Junior Marketing Content & Growth Hacker, you’re not here to simply create content—you’re here to help us transform how we reach, engage, and convert clients. You’ll be the creative engine behind our lead-generation strategy, trying new approaches and directly shaping our brand’s growth and presence. This role is about experimenting with content, yes, but also about connecting the dots between data, strategy, and new media. You’ll have the creative space to try, fail, learn, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Dream up, test, and refine innovative marketing strategies. You’ll brainstorm, execute, and fine-tune campaigns that get noticed, generating leads and building brand loyalty.
• Experiment with content and formats that engage. Videos, podcasts, interactive infographics—whatever format makes the message stand out and stick, you’re ready to give it a go.
• Develop educational and engaging content that demystifies complex mortgage and real estate topics, making them relatable and easy to understand.
• Build and manage landing pages designed to engage, inform, and convert, turning visitors into valued clients.
• Manage our social media presence with fresh, engaging content that gets attention and pushes boundaries.
• Use data to fine-tune and improve. Track, measure, and optimize your work to make sure we’re always moving the needle.
• Run our content calendar. Keep our messaging timely, consistent, and impactful.

Who You Are

• You’re creative, curious, and not afraid to break the rules when it comes to marketing and growth.
• You write in fluent English, and also in French and/or German. (Impeccable grammar and style come naturally.)
• You’re excited to dive into data, tweaking, and learning as you go, always looking for what works best.
• You have some experience with digital content creation and a strong desire to move beyond the basics.
• You know digital marketing fundamentals—SEO, SEA, social media—but you’re ready to bring new ideas and test unconventional methods.
• You’ve got basic skills in design or video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), which help you bring your content ideas to life.
• You’re organized, can manage a publication schedule, and know how to balance creativity with deadlines.
• You bring bold ideas to the table and push back when things don’t feel right.
