Environmental Commodities Trader

🎯 Your responsibilities:

• Concluding transactions, in the name and on behalf of the company, for the purchase and sale of environmental products, property rights, and derivative contracts based on the prices of these goods (based on the power of attorney granted).

• Conducting market analysis of environmental products and other markets in which the company operates.

• Preparing market reports and preliminary PnL calculations for the transaction portfolio.

• Developing and implementing trading strategies.

• Designing and building tools to support wholesale trading of environmental products and property rights.

• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and actively acquiring new ones.

• Representing the company at conferences and industry events.

💼 Our expectations:

• Experience in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the area of GOO – Guarantee of Origin (guarantees of origin, property rights, environmental certificates)

• Willingness to take full responsibility for delivering results in line with the company’s objectives

• Ability to conduct negotiations with clients (annual business plan, monthly updates, sales and operations planning – S&OP)

• Experience in end-to-end process management in cooperation with various company departments

• Ability to analyze client data to achieve better results

• Proactive approach to implementing the company’s strategic priorities in collaboration with clients

• Effective cooperation in a multifunctional environment

• Fluent command of English, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of German, Spanish, French, Italian, or other European/Nordic languages would be an asset
