About the role
We approach Executive Assistance at Revolut the same way that we approach everything else. We take complex issues and create extraordinary solutions that our customers love. From onboarding flows to new feature presentations, our goal is to both inform and delight.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated mid-level Executive Assistant to partner with our executives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support them in achieving their goals.
What you’ll be doing
Providing high-quality support to executives and their teams, prioritising your and your executive's workload
Building genuine relationships across the business to drive initiatives on behalf of executives
Managing and maintaining calendars, taking a proactive, forward-planning approach to diary management
Recognising process inefficiencies, solving problems intuitively, and making independent and scalable recommendations to improve efficiency
Acting as the go-to point of contact for all internal and external communications, such as fielding emails and messages and managing correspondence
Managing process expenses and card returns
Coordinating travel arrangements, including managing itineraries, flight check-ins, transportation to and from the airport, etc.
Preparing documents and presentations for key meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions as required
Managing and driving multiple projects and priorities at once, including off-sites and large-scale events
Handling confidential information with integrity
Collaborating with EAs across the organisation to share best practices
What you'll need
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience supporting multiple business leaders
A bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to execute each project flawlessly with a positive “can do” attitude
Proficiency in GSuite, Keynote, and MS Office
The ability to solve problems and work in an evolving, high-performance environment
High attention to detail
To be a data-driven, analytical thinker
Nice to have
Experience in financial services and/or a startup environment
Experience working with Atlassian/JIRA
