About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer to get a holistic view on customer experience and lead design processes from discovery to delivery, while always keeping our customers and their interests in mind.
You’ll use your visual design and technical system skills to collaborate cross-functionally and work quickly to high standards for quality and consistency.

What you'll be doing
Creating patterns, UI components, tools, and documentation that empower Revolut's strategic design vision
Collaborating with designers, creatives, and engineers across our product surfaces
Filling in the gaps between team responsibilities, working on product patterns, and sharing documentation and process knowledge among teams
Helping teams to work on and deliver UI components
Influencing the visual UI language across Revolut's product family, designing solutions which affect the entire platform
Noticing long-term trends and implementing them across the design system
Helping teams conceptualise their long-term ideas
What you'll need
4+ years of experience working directly with design systems
Hands-on experience contributing to design system libraries for enterprise products
Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills
Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including web, iOS, and Android
Awareness of inclusive design principles and best practices
Advanced knowledge of Figma's design tool (auto-layouts, variants, constraints, etc.)
Experience contributing to mature design systems, including component design and documentation
The ability to work with front-end engineering teams for web, mobile, and back-office user interfaces
Great visual UI skills
Nice to have
Experience overseeing UI direction in a product family and taking design systems to the next level
Experience in front-end/full-stack development (mobile, web, Figma plugins)
Creative thinking skills to come up with ideas quickly
