As part of the Supply team, you will play a key role in shaping procurement strategy, building supplier partnerships, and supporting the growth of our restaurant network.

• What you will be responsible for:

• Supporting procurement activities across the CEE region for both Burger King and Popeyes brands,

• Managing end-to-end procurement processes across both direct and indirect categories,

• Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and logistics conditions,

• Building, developing, and maintaining strong supplier relationships,

• Monitoring market trends and identifying new sourcing, product, and cost optimization opportunities,

• Driving purchasing efficiency while ensuring quality standards and continuity of supply,

• Partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, NPD, and Finance teams to support business goals,

• Supporting launches of new products and operational initiatives,

• Monitoring procurement KPIs and supplier performance to ensure operational excellence,

• Improving and standardizing procurement processes while co-creating purchasing policies and best practices.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within QSR, FMCG, retail, or foodservice industries,

• Strong commercial negotiation and category management experience,

• Good understanding of supplier markets and supply chain processes,

• Analytical mindset combined with strong communication and negotiation skills,

• High level of ownership, independence, and organizational capabilities,

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data,

• Previous QSR experience will be a strong advantage,

• Advanced English skills enabling confident day-to-day business communication.
