Data Analyst
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who loves turning data into insights and helping teams make smarter decisions. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Digital teams to understand what really drives performance in our QSR business. Using Power BI, SQL, Excel and other marketing tools, you’ll help shape campaigns, promotions, and product launches in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Explore market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reports that make performance easy to understand and act on.
Use SQL to pull, combine, and analyze data from different sources (POS, loyalty, CRM, digital platforms).
Support sales forecasting for product launches, limited-time offers, and promotions.
Run ad-hoc analyses and business cases to answer day-to-day and strategic questions.
Turn complex data into clear stories and practical recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
Work closely with local, regional, and global teams, including Marketing, Operations, Digital, Finance, and global QSR analytics partners.
Measure how well our campaigns perform with differentiation of campaigns supported by TV, digital, loyalty, CRM, in-store communication, and promotions.
Stay curious and up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices in marketing and data analytics.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Mid-level applicant with several years of experience in data analytics (including marketing and commercial), ideally in QSR, Retail, or FMCG.
Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, data models, DAX) and SQL skills.
A good understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and customer insights.
Experience working with POS, loyalty, CRM, Amplitude, or digital marketing data is a plus.
Knowledge in data automation and Ai is very valuable skill.
Someone who can explain data clearly and enjoys working with different teams.
A structured, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in English (spoken and written).
