Opis stanowiska

At Rex we believe, decisions should be supported by thorough analysis of data. Therefore we are constantly expanding our analytics team, to mirror the extensive growth of our business. The role of Senior Marketing Analyst is a new position within our team. We are looking for an experienced person, who will be a key partner in the decision process around our marketing strategies and tactics.


The responsibilites are :

  • Create market and competition analyses to identify potential market opportunities.
  • Evaluate and quantify contribution of marketing campaigns in multiple channels (TV, Radio, Online campaigns, events, in-store communication, e-mail marketing, loyalty program) regarding relevant KPIs.
  • Create sales forecasts for product launches and promotions.
  • Carry out ad-hoc analysis and creating business cases on various issues within the scope of the marketing strategy.
  • Create dashboards, reports and presentations to deliver actionable insights on marketing performance, sales and ROI.  Distill complex analyses into concise recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with local and regional Marketing Teams, Operational business units, Digital and Global Burger King analytics team.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics. 


To be successful in the role you need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a related field,
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in managing multichannel marketing analytics frameworks, ideally in a Retail/ FMCG/QSR industry,
  • Knowledge in the use of BI programs (e.g. Tableau) and adept handling of MS Excel and Google Analytics,
  • Good communication & presentation skills for translating complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders,
  • Structured and problem-solving oriented way of working, collaborative mindset in cross-functional teamwork,
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken).
