Popeyes Senior Architect

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to lead our design projects and contribute to our vision of redefining design in the QSR sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead project teams from concept development through construction documentation, ensuring adherence to brand goals & standards and project requirements. Cooperates with regional OPS/Development/Marketing Teams to optimize design solutions and implement them in Brand Manuals.
• Design Excellence: Develop creative and innovative architectural solutions that balance functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics. Brand Manual creation and update.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure technical precision in design and documentation, including compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. Supports Head of Design in communication with the franchisor to ensure Rex Concepts is compliant with all requirement
• Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to achieve seamless project delivery.
• Sustainability Focus: Champion environmentally responsible practices in design and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of architectural design.
