The Role:
Seeking a highly skilled and proactive Paid Ads Specialist who is Google Ads certified and has a proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns from scratch. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid search campaigns across both Google and Bing platforms, ensuring the best return on ad spend (ROAS) for, shopping, display, and search ads. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in the native platform, have deep expertise in bid strategies, keyword management, and campaign performance optimization, and is comfortable managing large budgets across global campaigns. Additionally, this role involves close and ongoing collaboration with our team in the United States, ensuring seamless integration of tracking strategies across global campaigns. Flexible working hours can be occasionally required to align with different time zones and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Create and manage Google and Bing Ads campaigns from scratch, including strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization.

Keyword Strategy: Develop and refine keyword lists based on in-depth research and analysis to target the right audiences and optimize ad performance.

Bid Management: Implement and adjust bid strategies, ensuring the best use of budget for maximum ROI and meeting KPIs.

Ad Creation & Testing: Write compelling ad copy and manage the development of high-quality display assets.

Platform Expertise: Manage campaigns directly in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, avoiding third-party tools for campaign management. Stay up to date on platform changes and best practices.

Budget Management: Intentionally manage large-scale budgets, ensuring ad spend is aligned with business goals while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other relevant KPIs.

Global Campaigns: Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring ads resonate with local audiences and adhere to global best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid search. Apply learnings to continually improve campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Shopping Certification, Google Ads Display Certification (Required)
- 3+ years of experience managing Google and Bing Ads campaigns.
- Strong experience in lead generation, shopping, display, and search ad formats.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and optimizing ad spend.
- Deep understanding of bid strategies, keyword targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to create, launch, and manage campaigns directly in the Google and Bing Ads platforms without the need for third-party tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing global ad campaigns and knowledge of regional nuances.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest best practices, industry changes, and trends in PPC advertising.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience with additional platforms such as YouTube or Microsoft Audience Ads.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution models.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, creative, analytics).
