The Role

This role involves the management and coordination of multilingual translation projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You will support the entire translation process, from resource planning through to quality assurance, working closely with our international corporate stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Collaboration will be key as you team up with specialized departments and global language experts to design innovative, customer-centric translation processes. In addition, you will utilize state-of-the-art language, translation management, and AI technologies to optimize workflows and improve project outcomes.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery in alignment with deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, international team, driving innovation in translation services.

Main skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project management across different languages.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee end-to-end translation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) and AI technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Experience in maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency in translation deliverables.
• Proficiency in managing corporate client relationships, translating stakeholder needs into clear project requirements.
