Business Development Representative (BDR/Sales)

We're looking for an experienced BDR who can build pipeline from scratch
and write the playbook as they go — there isn't one waiting for you.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting across calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Qualify leads and manage pipeline from first contact to handoff
- Build the sales playbook — sequences, messaging, ICP, and process
- Keep HubSpot accurate — contacts, stages, and activity
- Contribute to proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses
- Feed strategic input into sales planning alongside the BD team
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of hitting outbound targets and booking meetings
- Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Solid command of HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment
- Genuine interest in the tech industry and how it buys
Nice to have:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or ZoomInfo
- Background in IT staffing, outstaffing, or tech services
- Experience selling into DACH, UK, or Nordic markets
- Familiarity with sales sequencing tools
