Employee Assistance Specialist will be responsible for the reintegration process of employees on long-term sick leave (who are hired in Ricoh Germany) as part of company integration management policy in Germany and legal requirements. This role contributes to a People Services operation which creates an outstanding employee experience.

In order to be successful in this position you need excellent command of English and German language. Experience in HR operations in Shared Service Center is benefitial. Strong understanding of the full employee life cycle is crucial for this position.
