We help businesses that have outgrown traditional SaaS platforms by delivering tailor-made eCommerce solutions, as well as those seeking to test new strategies effortlessly, adapt to changing market demands, continuously innovate, and stay ahead of the competition. We're at the forefront of the headless commerce revolution, serving clients across the USA, Middle East, DACH region, Portugal, and Spain.


We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who will be part of the Go-To-Market team. This position is critical in managing inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and driving pipeline growth. Your main objective is to convert prospects into sales opportunities and grow a pipeline of potential business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling and qualifying all inbound leads for Rigby and Mercur
  • Converting leads into qualified sales opportunities
  • Building rapport with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate quality opportunities
  • Engaging prospects through multiple channels (email, linkedin, calls)
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Growth & Founders on pipeline strategies


Apply if you have:

  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in software house or B2B software product, best if eCommerce focused,
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new opportunities,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Experience with sales strategies and tools,
  • Accountability, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for sales in a fast-growing company,
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment,
  • Excellent English (C1 level) and Polish(B2) communication skills.

  • Experience in eCommerce
