Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients and developing relationships with existing clients

  • Identifying clients' business needs and proposing innovative solutions

  • Conducting sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

  • Collaborate with IT Services, Recruitment, and Marketing to prepare customized offers for clients.

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

  • Monitor market, technology trends, and competition in Digital and Data.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.

  • Engage with clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and business meetings.

  • Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.


Our expectations:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Sales with a proven track record of acquiring clients.​

  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into specific business and technology solutions.

  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of market and technology trends

  • Experience in selling to international markets

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
