Business Development Manager
Your responsibilities:
Acquiring new clients and developing relationships with existing clients
Identifying clients' business needs and proposing innovative solutions
Conducting sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Collaborate with IT Services, Recruitment, and Marketing to prepare customized offers for clients.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor market, technology trends, and competition in Digital and Data.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
Engage with clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and business meetings.
Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.
Our expectations:
4+ years of experience in IT Sales with a proven track record of acquiring clients.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into specific business and technology solutions.
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of market and technology trends
Experience in selling to international markets
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
