SEO/SEM Specialist
Your responsibilities
As an SEO/SEM Specialist at RITS, you will be the architect of our digital visibility. Your daily challenges will include:
Setting up and optimizing high-performing SEM campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Conducting audits and implementing technical SEO fixes to ensure top-tier site performance
Craft SEO-rich text with a high level of verbal aesthetics
Designing and executing link-building strategies
Analyze competitors, find content gaps, and identify high-value B2B keywords
Our expectations
Proven track record in managing complex SEO/SEM projects (B2B/IT industry experience is a plus)
Proficiency in at least one major SEO tool; SemRush, Ahrefs, or Senuto
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. You take ownership, ask the right questions, and have a sharp eye for aesthetics
Fluent English is a must. German or other language is a huge plus
Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot and an understanding of the IT outsourcing market
