Identity Architect

As an Identity Architect, you will take ownership of designing and implementing advanced Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for global clients in the automotive and industrial sectors. You’ll define the technical direction, lead project delivery, and ensure that identity services meet the highest standards of security, scalability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid infrastructures, including on-premises and cloud environments

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IAM, PAM, and directory service initiatives, from concept through delivery and maintenance

• Establish and uphold governance models, access control frameworks, and identity lifecycle standards

• Work closely with cybersecurity, cloud, and software teams to ensure smooth integration of identity services into enterprise systems

• Perform architectural assessments, security audits, and risk analyses to maintain compliance and operational resilience

• Continuously enhance IAM platforms, aligning technology evolution with business strategy and regulatory expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in designing and deploying IAM solutions

• Proficient with Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk (PAM), and ActiveRoles

• Proven track record in leading and delivering complex IAM programs as a technical authority or solution owner

• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication mechanisms, and access governance principles

• Skilled at translating organizational and compliance needs into robust, scalable security architectures

• Experience connecting IAM systems with Azure and AWS cloud environments

• Solid understanding of recognized security frameworks and industry best practices

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator - is a plus

• CyberArk Trustee or equivalent certification - is a plus

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
