Responsibilities - At RSB, we seek a Sales Specialist to embark on an exciting journey of growth and achievement. Your role will encompass a spectrum of diverse responsibilities, offering opportunities to make a real impact within the team. As part of our team, you will have the chance to:to:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement robust sales processes.
  • Engage with clients and forge strong relationships.
  • Explore market opportunities, identifying solutions with the highest potential.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with our existing clients.
  • Deliver tailored business presentations, adjusting them based on client insights.

 

Since we’re a small company, you’ll be free to initiate changes within the business. You’ll be hired as an expert to help shape our growth strategy and teach us business intelligence. You must be comfortable working independently and collaborating closely with the team when necessary.

 

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have sales experience from previous jobs or projects you've worked on.
  • Feel that you have a natural talent for spotting opportunities in conversations and turning them into successful outcomes.
  • Are someone who enjoys meeting new people and building lasting relationships. You should be someone who can easily engage in small talk, pick up on key opportunities, and turn conversations into successful business relationships.
  • Take pride in helping others, whether by providing support or offering solutions.
  • Know how to create a comfortable atmosphere in conversations and actively listen.
  • Enjoy preparing presentations based on previously gathered data and presenting them effectively.
  • Are comfortable in having business conversations in English, whether in meetings or informal discussions, and can express yourself fluently and professionally (native/ C1 level).
  • Enjoy sharing your ideas and collaborating with a team to achieve common goals.
  • Describe yourself as proactive, with a "can-do" attitude that drives you to take full ownership of the sales process.


 

📍 Location: Kraków

🏠 Type of work: The role is hybrid, so the number of days in the office versus working from home can be arranged based on your preferences.

💼 Contract Type: FTE or B2B.
