Financial Controller

The main task of the person in this position will be to support the Financial Director in the company's financial activities, including controlling and treasury.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare financial and management reports for internal needs of the company and external institutions.
• Perform reporting duties for the company's external needs
• Actively participate in the budgeting process.
• Assisting the Accounting Department in their reporting duties by preparing supporting statements according to their needs.
• Controlling the financial efficiency and correctness of the Company's recording of business events.
• Supporting the management of the Company's banking products
• Managing cash, loans and investing free funds,
• Reviewing and releasing payments in banks
• Collaborate with banks and insurers on: confirming balances, preparing statements, reports, applications, etc.
• Hybrid role - 3 days from the office

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Higher education, finance and banking preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or Auditing (BIG 4 will be an advantage)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Excel
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, teamwork and time pressure skills
• Initiative in proposing solutions
• Good knowledge of management and financial accounting
• Experience in working with financial statements
• Sense of responsibility for tasks
• Fluent English
