💥Role overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to manage the accounting for our Norwegian company. Reporting to the Senior Business and Strategy Controller in Norway, you will also support finance and controlling activities. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the Nordic countries and Poland, so you should have a good command of Norwegian, English, and Polish to enable effective communication. While qualifications and experience are valued, we prioritize a positive and driven attitude in our candidates.


🎯Your responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping in accordance with applicable regulations

  • Invoicing and monitoring payments

  • Account reconciliation, including banks, customers, and suppliers

  • Contributing to periodic reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Assisting with financial analysis and cost control

  • Liaising with payroll staff, banks, and public authorities as needed

  • General administrative tasks in finance and accounting


What Makes You Ideal for This Role:


Must-haves:

  • Good knowledge of Norwegian, Polish and English

  • University degree,preferably in a relevant field (Finance& Accounting, Economics)

  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical skills and strong orientation to details


Nice to have👍:

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of Norwegian accounting and VAT regulations
