Currently, due to our dynamic development, we are looking for a Field Force Manager who will become a key part of our Polish sales team.


Position: Field Force Manager

Your responsibilities will focus on managing the field sales team and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This position is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, personal development, and collaboration with one of the most recognizable brands in the world.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the field and key sales teams (Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Representatives, Training Managers, and promoters – approximately 150 people),
  • Overseeing and achieving sales goals with key business partners,
  • Setting sales, marketing, and training objectives for the entire team,
  • Budget management and reporting system oversight,
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and BTL activities at the regional level,
  • Collaborating with business partners and marketing agencies,
  • Analyzing data and reporting to the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing,
  • Designing and implementing new training content tailored to market needs,
  • Monitoring competitor activities and adapting sales strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably a Master’s degree),
  • Experience in a managerial position involving team leadership,
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written),
  • Strong focus on achieving goals and strategic thinking,
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
