We respect your intelligence, so we’ll be straight with you. We’re a Polish company that has been acquiring international clients for years, thanks to the personal relationships of our founder. We’ve spent years working with global clients, building a solid portfolio, and gaining experience in web applications, AI, and blockchain projects.


Now, it’s time for people to know who we are finally – and that’s where you come in.


What we don’t have (yet):


  • a structured marketing strategy,
  • clearly defined target audience,
  • a lead generation funnel,
  • automated marketing tools to support sales.


You’ll decide what needs to be built first.

Your future with us


Marketing at Sandstream doesn’t exist – yet. You will decide how to build it and what role you’ll play in the future. If your efforts deliver results, you’ll take on more responsibility and develop an entire marketing department from scratch.

Compensation


We don’t have a predefined bonus system yet, as marketing at our company is just beginning to take shape. Initially, we offer a fixed salary, with additional bonuses tied to results – details will be agreed upon together.
