We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst (Junior/Mid) who is ready to join a well-set team of analysts, software engineers and project managers and develop great software products for our clients. Let's talk!

Location: Poland, preferably Warsaw/Wrocław
Employment type: full time (B2B or employment contract)
Working mode: flexible (we work remotely with occasional visits in the office)
Language required: Polish, English
More precisely, your will be responsible for:
- assessing the client systems architecture currently in place
- collecting requirements and coordinating of the implementation
- development of system specification and project documentation
- participation in creating test conditions and scenarios
- carrying out workshops with clients related to the analysis phase of new business requirements, as well as presenting the proposed solutions to them
We want you on board if you have:
Technical requirements:
- experience in building SQL queries
- experience in collecting and managing business requirements
- experience with reading source code and technical documentation
- experience with REST and SOAP communication
- ability to analize and read: XML, JSON
- first experience with testing tools: SoapUI / Postman / Insomnia
- basic knowledge of UML
What we’re also looking for:
- 1,5 - 3 years of professional experience in IT Systems Analysis, preferably with enterprise software solutions
- great communication and analytical skills: the ability to ask the right questions and drill deep to get valuable answers is essential for this role
- ability to learn quickly
- knowledge of issues and tools related to software systems integration
- good command of English
- fluency in Polish is a MUST

- experience with Enterprise Architect and BPM
