Role OverviewWe are looking for a Purchasing Data and Performance Management Professional to join our team in Wroclaw. On this position, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and managing purchasing data to drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, integrate and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and relevance using advanced analytics techniques and clear presentation of results

• Enhance existing Purchasing Dashboards in Power BI and create new reports

• Implement robust data management practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve data management in Purchasing

• Lead or contribute to projects focused on purchasing processes and operations

• Extract and consolidate data from platforms and generate on-demand reports

• Scout market data providers to find more accurate and relevant data

• Stay updated on the latest data management technologies, including cloud-based solutions, big data, and AI-driven analytics

• Collaborate closely with controlling as a key contact point

• Promote innovation and support the development and implementation of new digital purchasing tools

• Provide training and support for effective use of SAP and BW reports

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for purchasing processes and tools

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, IT or Data Science; Master's preferred

• Fluency in English (min. B2)

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with SAP in a networked organization

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts

• Expertise in Power BI and data visualization

• Familiarity with Python, SQL or other programming languages

• Experience with data transformation tools such as Azure Data Factory, MS Fabric, Power Automate

• Experience in at least one public cloud environment (preferably Azure)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, open-minded and culturally aware

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High attention to detail and a focus on quality and continuous improvement

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity

• Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
