Fleet Senior Specialist with French (m/f/d)

Description of the position:

 

IMPACT starts with us: As a Fleet Senior Specialist you will join the fleet management team, working closely with them. You will manage the major stages of a rental vehicle contract life, while ensuring service continuity and regulatory compliance: contract monitoring, catalog development, vehicle orders, renewals, and returns, etc. You will provide support to employees who have a long-term rental vehicle or long-term rental vehicle and prepare performance reports. You will resolve operational issues and communicate effectively with your internal contacts: safety, purchasing, HR, etc. You will also manage relationships with key suppliers: manufacturers, vehicle rental companies, insurance companies, energy card providers, etc. This role requires proficiency in both French and English and will involve managing sensitive employee information while contributing to HR projects and initiatives.

 

Your IMPACT:

  • Manage and maintain fleet records, databases, and personnel files.
  • Process HR documentation.
  • Overseeing vehicle maintenance and operations.
  • Handle confidential employee information in line with GDPR.
  • Collaborate with HR team for smooth HR processes and procedures.
  • Support fleet projects, policy development, and system enhancements.
  • Assist with fleet software implementation and maintenance.
  • Handling supplier relationships.
  • Generate and analyze fleet reports, ensuring data accurate.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, ensuring compliance.
  • Back up of the fleet team

 

Your Profile:

  • English and French advanced language skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing short delays. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of fleet processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Fleet systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

 

Languages:

  • Fluency in French and English
