We are seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as an Account Manager in Poland. At Segmentify, we're all about creating smart SaaS UX and marketing automation solutions to boost eCommerce success. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow, learn, and make a real impact for eCommerces in a friendly, supportive environment. What You’ll Do

  • Stay in regular contact with clients to make sure we’re meeting their needs and identifying new ways to support them
  • Track client usage and revenue trends, and keep things transparent with regular reports
  • Collaborate effectively with developers in English
  • Work closely with sales team to deliver the best possible service
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to bring even more value to our clients
  • Provide product training to clients when needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Practical experience in the use of marketing automation tools 
  • Ability to analyse data from Google Analytics
  • 3+ years in account management or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech company is a plus
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects at once
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
