Assistant to the Director Operations

Tasks

• Appointment/calendar coordination and tracking for segment management,
• Travel planning, booking and billing,
• Collecting operations data for report generation,
• Creation of Presentations,
• Coordination of appointments,
• Travel planning and coordination,
• Preparation of internal communication from Segment Management to Sites.

Expectations

• Minimum High-School Diploma,
• Very good command of English,
