We are a growing team looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Representative in the EST finance Shared Service department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wrocław office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our global financial operations. You will collaborate daily with teams from around the world, efficiently process invoices and accounting documents, and support customers in resolving accounting issues. We offer the opportunity to work on international projects, a comprehensive onboarding training package, and daily support from the team.
- Compiles amounts owed by the company to vendors or other individuals, or owed to the company by customers or clients, and inputs figures to the accounting system
- Receives and distributes invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
- Reconciles amounts received or owed by comparing invoices to orders or other records
- Enters invoice amounts into the accounting system and processes invoices or payments
- Responds to inquiries from customers or clients and researches and resolves concerns or discrepancies
- Manages daily operations, including transportation documents and carrier master data.
- Handles carrier payments and resolves invoice issues with various branches.
- Manages complaints, filing, and archiving documents.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
Required:
- Communicative level of English – min. B2 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent Polish
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- First experience in administration or finance
