Key Responsibilities

Event Management & Support

  • Support the planning and execution of major trade shows and regional events across Europe.

  • Coordinate logistics, booth setup, collateral, shipping, and onsite operations.

  • Liaise with vendors, organizers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

  • Manage smaller events or side activations from start to finish with autonomy. 


Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Commercial team to align event activities with pipeline goals.

  • Partner with Marketing colleagues to support pre-event, in-event, and post-event campaigns and communications.

  • Assist in briefing internal stakeholders and creating pre-event planning decks.

Collateral & Branding

  • Help manage event materials, including roll-up banners, giveaways, and localized print collateral. 

  • Ensure all assets are aligned with Shift4's brand and messaging. 

  • Maintain stock levels and fulfillment logistics with external vendors. 

Event Analysis & KPIs

  • Ensure proper lead tracking and post-event reporting in collaboration with the Commercial team

  • Coordinate post-event debriefs and collect feedback from internal stakeholders. 

  • Monitor KPIs and summarize the performance to guide future planning. 

  • Contribute to process improvements and help scale event operations.




What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or field marketing

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to juggle multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident communicator in English; additional European languages are a plus

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach

  • 25% travel for events across Europe

  • Experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and knowledge of campaign management is a strong plus
