Business Analyst

Your role

• Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs
• Creating user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Creating project documentation
• Supporting UAT tests
• Cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners

Your skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis in IT
• Familiarity with the software development cycle
• Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN and UML notation, JIRA, and Confluence
• Communication and analytical skills, focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team,
• Good written and spoken technical English in order to communicate freely

Optional

• Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, REST
• Ability to create UX/UI mock-ups
