Join Sii as a Hardware Engineer with FuSa (Functional Safety) expertise and help to design an advanced power charger for two-wheeler vehicles, containing Li-Ion batteries powered by mains power supply and a power converter.

Your tasks

• Manage and analyse customer hardware requirements, ensuring proper translation into detailed product specifications

• Design and develop electronic circuits and power supply systems, along with battery management systems

• Conduct compliance and validation testing to guarantee reliability, safety, and alignment with automotive standards

• Apply Functional Safety principles (ISO 26262) in hardware development, including safety mechanisms and documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, system, testing) to deliver state-of-the-art power systems

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hardware or Electronic Engineer, preferably in the automotive or power electronics industry

• Solid knowledge of embedded hardware systems

• Hands-on experience in designing power supply circuits, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards

• Familiarity with Functional Safety (FuSa) and ISO 26262, with the ability to apply safety principles in hardware development

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English

• Residing in Poland required
