Your work will be influential to the company’s business, including its image, recruitment, and sales processes.
Your role
- Prepare and implement marketing campaigns promoting Competence Centers’ offers, in order to obtain leads or to promote the Center
- Support Competency Centers in Employer Branding activities in order to attract candidates
- Create sales materials (PR articles, case studies, presentations) and content on the websites indicated by Competency Center
- Prepare online campaigns for social media and the Google platform
- Organize online and offline events
- Write mailings, working with a marketing automation tool
- Cooperate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video makers
- Create reports, analyses, and research on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Competition benchmark, monitor trends in the field of marketing and propose new solutions
Your skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large company
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in preparing advertising content, product descriptions and materials for websites (also in the B2B segment)
- Knowledge about running campaigns with the use of Online Marketing tools
- Experience in organizing online and offline events
- Great work organization
