Sii Warsaw is looking for a goal-oriented and business minded IT Business Developer who will be responsible for active acquisition of new customers (mainly international) and sales of IT outsourcing services.

Responsibilities:
- Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers in IT sector
- Organization of prospection calls and meetings
- Creating new offers and sales presentations
- Participating in pre-sales process (preparing offers and sales presentations)
- Verification of customers’ needs in terms of new opportunities
- Negotiating terms and conditions of cooperation
- Building and maintaining long-term, professional relations with customers
- Responsibility for achieving sales KPI’s
- Cooperation with other Sii departments (Recruitment, HR, Administration, Marketing)
Required skills:
- Fluent German & English is a must
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales services – experience in IT area will be an asset
- University degree (IT or Business degree preferred)
- Ability to build and maintain great, long-lasting relationships with customers and negotiate with high-level managers
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills and determination to achieve goals
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Determination in pursuit of goals, energy and dynamics of action, persistence and flexibility.
- Ability to learn fast, understanding meaning of IT technologies, understanding IT in general
- Dynamic, ambitious with positive attitude
