For one of our clients we’re looking for a Game Economist/Game Data Analyst to join an exciting project in the heart of the gaming industry! 🌟

As part of an international team, you'll help build and optimize game economies, working closely with top experts in the field. This is a pivotal role where you’ll create immediate impact and drive key game features from day one.

In this role, you will:

🎯 Design and balance in-game economic systems based on player behavior and data insights.

💰 Analyze and optimize models for rewards, pricing, and incentives to meet player needs.

📊 Create analytical frameworks to assess the health and performance of the game economy.

🔮 Build simulations and predictive models to forecast the impact of changes on the ecosystem.

⚖️ Manage in-game item pricing and balance between free content and paid currencies.

🎮 Create diverse experiences for different player types.

Tools you’ll work with:

📈 MS Excel.

🎛️ Segmentation and configuration tools.

What we’re looking for:

💡 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, predictive modeling, or data science in fields such as business, finance, marketing, e-commerce, or insurance.

💼 Strong skills in economics, statistics, mathematics, and financial modeling .

📊 Advanced proficiency in Excel.

🖥️ SQL / Python / VBA skills are a plus.

🌍 Advanced English is required.

📚 A Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
